Hi I'm Kathryn!

I was part of the male-dominated, adrenaline-fueled corporate world for over 15 years.

During that time I worked for many large corporations including McDonald’s serving as a liaison between the techie innovators and the not-so-techie sales folks. I’ve been bridging the worlds of meaning and analytics for a long time!

After I left my corporate career and started understanding the world of energy healing, I realized the importance of being an embodied leader. Now, using energy healing and intuitive intelligence (along with my 15-year sales leadership experience) I help women soften, increase resilience, sharpen their strengths, and accelerate success.

Today I wake up excited for my day of supporting amazing women on their inward journey. All while enjoying the flexible lifestyle, I’ve created for myself so I can travel the world.

I believe that when we women connect deeply with our truest selves, we can collectively shift our leadership culture towards compassion, cohesion, and true creativity.

What makes you different than the others?
I know you have so many options when it comes to resilient leadership coaching and mentorship.  I’ve had my own challenges and we start with them in mind. I get into the simple basics that many other coaches overlook.  

I’m not the only one who does this work, but I might be the right person for you because I've been a corporate professional as well as an energy healer.  Now I combine the two to support women leaders to develop their emotional intelligence to the point of un-breakable Resilience.  No matter what drama life throws at them, they are grounded, and calm, and remain in their zone of genius.
