I find that my ability to coach and mentor dragon women comes from my own experience. I've walked this path, and I've helped others walk it too.
When I realized that I couldn’t keep going in the adrenaline fueled corporate environment I was in, I started looking for another way. My nervous system was on high alert all the time, ready to explode. I was doing great at work, and others thought I was killing it. But inside, I was suffering. I couldn't rest. I was accidentally bitchy and sniping at people without realizing it. My relationships were suffering. I knew that I had to shift, or I'd lose everything.
Fortunately, I discovered the world of energy healing (or energy medicine). I found mentor who understood my struggle and helped me find a new way to leverage the power I didn’t even know I had.
Now, I’ve created a business that guides adrenaline-fueled professionally minded women into deeper resilience and leadership. They become confident enough to slow down, ground into their deepest power, and leverage their feminine qualities.
Today I wake up excited for my day of supporting amazing women on their inward journey, All while enjoying the flexible lifestyle, I’ve created for myself so I can travel the world.
