One of my favorite quotes is from Albert Einstein when he states “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”
When considering vibration, vibration is energy moving at a particular rate of speed.  We are all energy.  We come into this lifetime from energy, live our lives with energy and transition from this life by energy.

In the world of energy healing and leadership coaching, vibration is the energetic frequency emanating from every thought, emotion, and action. It's not just physics; it's the subtle dance of energies that shapes our reality. Understanding and harnessing this force can truly transform your leadership journey

Have you ever walked into a room and had a “good” or “bad” feeling about it.  In some ways people call this “reading the room” and what you are doing is reading the energy of that room in the moment.  You are reading or sensing the energy in that room.

Everything has a vibration and that vibration changes moment by moment.  When you are in a good mood, you might feel light and free.  When you are in a bad mood, you might feel pulled in and guarded.  

As a resilient leader, recognizing and aligning with your authentic vibration is pivotal. It's about embracing the entirety of your emotional spectrum while consciously choosing the frequencies that serve your leadership vision.
Resilient leadership isn't about perpetually radiating positivity; it's about authenticity. A resilient leader acknowledges and navigates through the diverse emotional landscape, allowing for genuine expression.

Ever experienced those moments when everything falls seamlessly into place? That's vibrational alignment at play. As a resilient leader, your thoughts, emotions, and actions need to align with your core values and vision. This resonance not only attracts what you prefer but also enhances your ability to lead with authenticity.
Keeping your vibration high takes awareness of many aspects of your life.  Starting with your awareness of your emotions and how you feel is a great navigational tool go put you back on track.  When you notice your mode shifting in a direction you don’t prefer, what do you need to shift that mood?  It might be as easy as shifting perspective and being grateful for what you already have.  Maybe you need to take some time for yourself.  You may need rest or movement or coffee with a friend.  Take a deep breath and do what you feel is right in the moment.

I really enjoy going out to move my body when I need to change perspective.  It’s kind of like a connection time with spirit.  I love to breath the fresh air and just move.  It makes so much more room for what I prefer to come in.
